All purchases made in TOKEDECOLOR.COM are subject to the general conditions of purchase set out in this document. The sales are sales at a distance regulated by Spanish legislation in the matter.

All products are new, and are presented in their original packaging or original seal.

The color of all products can be displayed on the product image. Because the color display on the monitor and depending on the settings thereof may be color variations with respect to reality. We can not accept returns or exchanges because the color is not exactly the same as expected. Also, cosmetics, makeup and beauty have no back guarantee protected by law because of the nature of consumer goods. Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to factory problems or problems with transportation.

Cosmetic products do not include instruction manual.


Prices do not include shipping or, where applicable, cash on delivery. The prices shown in www.tokedecolor.com may be reviewed and modified if conditions warrant at any time. The products are available for sale until stocks are exhausted.

You can pay with your VISA, VISA ELECTRON, Maestro and Master Card.
We guarantee that each of the transactions in TOKEDECOLOR.COM is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal data or banking are made using a secure environment.
TOKEDECOLOR.COM uses a technology based on standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Also data on your credit card are not registered in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal Bank).
When paying customers will be requested the following information: name of the holder, the card number, expiration date and a validation code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA card or MASTERCARD, offering, thus, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.


b) Transfer or banking income
By selecting as payment bank transfer, in the last step of the purchase you will get confirmation of your order by e-mail "confirmation of receipt of your order XXXX", which will indicate the account numbers in which effect the transfer or Bank deposit.
It is very important to indicate in the subject "Order No. xxxx" and its name, and make the transfer within 7 working days from the day after order to validate it. All orders are shipped via Post insured or express transport companies we work with.

Shipments and deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and / or holiday periods.

Cosmetics and beauty products (make-up, brushes, shadows, lipsticks ...) do not have back guarantee protected by law because of the nature of consumer goods. Only these products will be guaranteed when they get broken or damaged customer, it must immediately notify the incidence of providing evidence or photographs of breakage if they are requested.

Before submitting your article should contact us to let us shipping and return authorization. Pack the product in a closed and perfectly equipped package to prevent damage during transport. Include a brief description of what happens to the product and the delivery document.

Shipments will always be prepaid and by agency or certified mail.


All orders are understood supplied on request so no refunds of products that work properly admitted. All products we sell are easily manipulated and difficult to detect, on our part, a possible manipulation. The refund will be made using the same form of payment used by the Customer in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not have to sustain any cost as a result of such reimbursement. Reimbursement may be suspended until the goods are received or until a test is received by the consumer that the goods have been forwarded, if done previously. Therefore, the client must make a correct packaging to ensure damage-free transport. Once you received and checked by our staff that the product is in the same condition it was sent, proceed to refund the amount of the item. If the return of your order is for other reasons other than: defects in items, shipping incomplete or incorrect shipment, we will not be responsible for the costs of the return.

In any event, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal if it is sealed to goods:
